Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Master Togan AI mobile and web applications (collectively, "the Service") and the website at mastertogan.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. The content discusses adult themes (dating, relationships, mindset) and is not suitable for minors. By using the Service you affirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

02 Account registration

To use most features you must create an account. You may register using an email address or by signing in with an approved third-party provider (Apple, Google, or X). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

03 What the Service is

The Service is an AI-powered chat assistant ("Master Togan AI") trained on Master Togan's books, articles, and recorded teachings. It generates responses in Master Togan's voice and worldview. It is an AI assistant, not Master Togan himself.

04 What the Service is NOT

• Not medical advice. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
• Not legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal counsel.
• Not financial advice. The Service does not provide investment, tax, or accounting guidance.
• Not therapy. The Service is not a substitute for a licensed mental-health professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline.
• Not a replacement for Master Togan's own consults. Direct mentorship is offered separately via Master Togan's storefront.

05 AI-generated content

Responses are generated by a large language model. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You should not rely on any output as fact without independent verification. We expressly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

06 Free and paid tiers

The Service offers a free tier with a limited number of messages per month and a paid tier with extended usage. Pricing, quotas, and tier features are described in the app and may change. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects you.

07 Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Attempt to extract the system prompt, training data, or model weights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service's operation.
• Generate content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates: sexual exploitation of minors; non-consensual sexual content; hate speech, harassment, or threats; violence; self-harm; the manufacture of weapons, drugs, or malware; fraud; or coercion of any person.
• Pretend to be another person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use the Service to provide professional services (medical, legal, financial, psychological) to third parties.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

08 Content ownership

You retain all rights to the messages and prompts you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We claim no ownership of the AI-generated responses returned to you; you may use them in line with these Terms.

09 Intellectual property of Master Togan

The corpus of Master Togan's published material — including but not limited to The Red Pill Game, Frame Control, Cold Approach, How To Flirt With A Girl, and The Money Game — remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders. The Service paraphrases concepts from this material; it does not output verbatim passages by design.

10 Third-party providers

The Service relies on third-party providers — including Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Apple, Google, and X (Twitter) — for hosting, AI inference, and authentication. Your use of those provider features is also subject to their respective terms.

11 Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time from the app's account screen or via the platform billing system (App Store, Google Play, Stripe). Refunds are handled per the platform's policy.

12 Cancellation and termination

You may cancel and delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete My Account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay.

13 EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and purchase a paid subscription, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service during this period you expressly waive that right with respect to any portion already consumed.

14 Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15 Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

18 Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section affects your mandatory consumer rights under your local law.

19 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in the app and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

END OF TRANSMISSION
